Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy traveled to address Ukrainian forces in the Pokrovsk area on Tuesday. He stated that he consulted warriors at the command post of the 1st Corps of the Ukrainian National Guard Azov, which is managing protective maneuvers in the Dobropillya zone, an urban center approximately 20km from the city.

Intense Conditions in Pokrovsk

Geospatial data from a Ukrainian project showed that Russian forces had made gains into the city and surrounding areas, though a large portion remained beyond firm control by either side. The conditions are severe, with updates indicating that Russian forces were fortifying positions and strengthening posts in certain areas.

Invading troops are pushing forward in the Pokrovsk direction and appear to be operating with growing ease within the city proper.
